Delivery
Every order leaves from our stock in the USA. Your reels ship the same business day your payment reaches us, when it arrives by 12 pm. Delivery is priced on the total weight of your order, as a base charge plus a rate per pound, and checkout shows the exact cost before you pay.

Receiving your reels
A full reel, including the reel itself, weighs about 60 lb for 3/32", 103 lb for 1/8", 216 lb for 3/16" and 370 lb for 1/4". The 3/16" and 1/4" reels are too heavy to lift by hand, so have a forklift or liftgate ready, and use the delivery instructions at checkout to tell the driver what’s on site.
Check the reels when they arrive and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before you sign for them. Tell us within 7 days of delivery about damage, missing reels or the wrong cable, and we’ll put it right.
